It Leaks
I sent the 1st necklace to my daughter, with her dad’s ashes. It arrived with ashes leaked into the bag. I ordered a 2nd one, filled it and sent. It also arrived with ashes leaked out. The plug is securely screwed on and I can not tell how it is leaking. I know of no recourse or how to be made whole for the money I have spent.
